Sienna enjoys dancing and modelling and recently took part in an awareness campaign for Wouldn't Change a Thing which included modelling and filming with Paramount UK. She has Down Syndrome, Hirschsprung's Disease and Hypothyroidism. As a result of her Hirschsprung's she has an ACE (Antegrade Continence Enema) fitted though her belly button and uses either a catheter tube or a blue "stopper".
